**IHRE AUFGABEN**

* Betreuung aller Patienten unter Supervision von Fachärzten sowie in engem Austausch mit den nachbehandelnden Klinik- und Belegärzten aller Fachrichtungen auf unserer lebhaften interdisziplinären Notfallstation mit jährlich über 12'000 Eintritten

**IHR PROFIL**

* Fähigkeit zu teamorientierter, interdisziplinärer Zusammenarbeit im Interesse einer optimalen Patientenversorgung * Ein oder mehrere Jahre klinische Erfahrung im Idealfall * Sehr gute Deutschkenntnisse * Offener und angenehmer Kommunikationsstil

Wir sind akkreditiert als Weiterbildungsstätte der SGAIM für Allgemeine, ambulante Innere Medizin, Kategorie IV und der SGNOR für Klinische Notfallmedizin, Kategorie 2. Es besteht die Möglichkeit zur Vertiefung und Anwendung von Kenntnissen in fokussierter Notfallsonographie. Die Anstellungsdauer beträgt in der Regel 15 Monate. Wir legen grossen Wert auf Ihre Weiterbildung, damit Sie optimal auf die zukünftigen Herausforderungen des Arztberufes sowohl als Spitalärztin/-arzt als auch als Hausärztin/-arzt vorbereitet sind. Zusätzlich bieten wir Ihnen eine Tätigkeit in einem hochqualifizierten, dynamischen Team, fortschrittliche Anstellungsbedingungen, regelmässige interne und externe Fortbildungen, flexible Teilzeitmodelle sowie gute Sozialleistungen. Für Anwärter auf den SGNOR Interdisziplinären Schwerpunkt (ISP) in Klinischer Notfallmedizin besteht die Möglichkeit einer 1-jährigen Anschlussstelle in der Anästhesie.

Als Mitarbeitende, die sich für ihre Arbeit vollständig umziehen müssen, erhalten Sie bei einem 100% Arbeitspensum vier zusätzliche, bezahlte freie Tage (ausser Fach- und Kaderärzte). Bei einem reduzierten Arbeitspensum vermindern sich die freien Tage entsprechend. Im Stundenlohn angestellte Mitarbeitende profitieren von einer gleichwertigen finanziellen Abgeltung.
