Wir suchen ab sofort oder nach Vereinbarung motivierte und engagierte Anwältinnen und Anwälte zur Verstärkung unseres Praxisteams Bank- und Finanzmarktrecht.

Wir beraten in- und ausländische Finanzinstitute und Unternehmen auf dem Gebiet des Schweizer Bank- und Finanzmarktrechts. Dabei bieten wir unseren Klienten umfassende Rechtsberatung im Zusammenhang mit aufsichtsrechtlichen Fragestellungen (einschliesslich Bewilligungsverfahren sowie Beratung in Bezug auf regulierte Finanzdienstleistungen), Kapitalmarkttransaktionen und Kreditfinanzierungen sowie Anlageprodukten und führen Verfahren vor Behörden und Gerichten in allen Fragen des Bank- und Finanzmarktrechts. Mit innovativen Lösungen für komplexe rechtliche Herausforderungen und neuartige Fragestellungen tragen wir dazu bei, dass unsere Klienten ihre wirtschaftlichen Zielsetzungen erreichen.

Sie haben Ihre Ausbildung mit einem Schweizer Anwaltspatent abgeschlossen und streben eine Karriere in einer Wirtschaftskanzlei an. Sie möchten sich mit anspruchsvollen Sachverhalten auseinandersetzen, denken analytisch und finden kreative Lösungen innerhalb der Rechtsordnung. Sie bringen sehr gute Qualifikationen mit und konnten bereits erste Erfahrung im Bereich des Bank- und Finanzmarktrechts sammeln oder haben Interesse, sich in diesem Bereich zu spezialisieren.
