Vos missions

  • Sur place, vous êtes un interlocuteur empathique et professionnel pour toutes les questions liées à une bonne audition
  • Vous améliorez la qualité de vie de vos clients en formulant des recommandations adaptées aux besoins individuels et à la perte auditive respective, assurant ainsi une bonne audition
  • Vous soutenez la direction de votre magasin spécialisé dans l'assurance du succès économique
  • Vous contribuez avec nous au développement de notre centre d'implants auditifs en coopération avec des cliniques
  • Après la qualification de fabricant d'implants auditifs ou une formation approfondie, vous réalisez de manière autonome le service des implants auditifs. Cela comprend toutes les activités de suivi technique (service de pièces de rechange et de réparation, conseil sur les accessoires, réglage fin et mises à jour du processeur sonore)

Votre profil

  • Formation achevée en audioprothèse
  • Idéalement, expérience dans le domaine des systèmes d'implants auditifs (implants cochléaires, implants à conduction osseuse et implants de l'oreille moyenne) ou intérêt pour une formation complémentaire de spécialiste en implants auditifs
  • Expérience pratique en audioprothèse
  • Passion pour votre métier et vos clients
  • Souhait de développement continu
  • Attitude ouverte et empathie
