Pour nos centres auditifs de BULLE et FRIBOURG nous recherchons une personne engagée en tant que

Audioprothésiste (h/f/x)

Taux d'occupation : 100 %

Tu accompagnes des personnes malentendantes sur le chemin d'une meilleure expérience auditive. Grâce à tes compétences, ton sens de l'écoute et ton enthousiasme pour les solutions auditives modernes, tu proposes des solutions personnalisées qui améliorent durablement le quotidien de nos clientes et clients.

Tes missions:

  • Conseiller et accompagner de manière professionnelle nos clientes, clients et personnes intéressées concernant nos solutions auditives.
  • Adapter, vendre et assurer le suivi des systèmes auditifs les plus modernes ainsi que des accessoires associés.
  • Réaliser des tests auditifs, des prises d'empreintes auriculaires ou des scans d'oreilles.
  • Développer et entretenir des relations de confiance durables avec notre clientèle.
  • Assurer la gestion et la mise à jour des données clients dans nos systèmes.
  • Participer activement aux formations continues afin de développer constamment tes connaissances professionnelles.

Ton profil* *:

  • Formation achevée d'audioprothésiste ou qualification équivalente.
  • Passion pour ton métier et plaisir à travailler au contact des personnes.
  • Personnalité orientée clientèle, empathique et dotée d'un fort sens du service.
  • Connaissances professionnelles actuelles et intérêt pour les nouvelles technologies auditives.
  • Aisance avec les outils numériques et bonnes connaissances administratives et commerciales.
  • Méthode de travail autonome, fiable et rigoureuse.
