Vos missions

  • Vous soutenez de manière flexible plusieurs magasins spécialisés dans votre zone d'intervention régionale (association de planification) et apportez votre expertise là où elle est nécessaire
  • Votre zone d'intervention comprend nos magasins spécialisés à Aix-la-Chapelle, Bergheim, Düren, Eschweiler et Geilenkirchen
  • Sur place, vous êtes la première personne de contact pour nos clients et les accompagnez de manière compétente et empathique vers une meilleure audition
  • Vous analysez les besoins individuels et en déduisez des solutions adaptées - pour une meilleure qualité de vie et des expériences auditives optimales
  • Vous soutenez les directions des magasins spécialisés pour assurer une gestion réussie et orientée client
  • Grâce à votre flexibilité et votre expertise, vous contribuez à garantir une qualité constante de conseil et de service dans toute la région

Votre profil

  • Vous possédez une formation achevée d-audioprothésiste ainsi qu-une expérience pratique dans ce domaine
  • Vous êtes passionné par votre métier et prenez plaisir à aider les personnes à mieux entendre
  • Vous vous distinguez par un sens élevé du service ainsi qu-une attitude empathique et engageante
  • Vous travaillez de manière autonome, responsable et vous adaptez rapidement à de nouvelles équipes et environnements de travail
  • Vous aimez vous adapter continuellement à de nouvelles situations et découvrir différents magasins spécialisés
