Die Justizvollzugsanstalt Bostadel ist eine selbständige öffentlich\-rechtliche Anstalt im Konkordat der Nordwest\- und Innerschweiz mit eigener Rechtspersönlichkeit. Sie wird von den Kantonen Basel\-Stadt und Zug betrieben und verfügt über 108 Plätze im Normalvollzug und 12 Plätze in einer Sicherheitsabteilung. In der JVA Bostadel sind rund 90 Mitarbeitende tätig, welche die Sicherheit innerhalb der Institution gewährleisten sowie dazu beitragen, die 120 Gefangenen sinnvoll zu beschäftigen und zu resozialisieren. Zur Verstärkung unseres Teams suchen wir per sofort oder nach Vereinbarung eine/n engagierte/n Aufseher/in oder Betreuer/in (m/w) 80\-100% im Bereich Metallbearbeitung/Montage.

Ihre Aufgaben

  • Anleitung, Betreuung und Beaufsichtigung von Gefangenen im Arbeitsalltag
  • Einrichten, begleiten und überwachen von Produktions\- und Kundenaufträgen an CNC\-Maschinen
  • Sicherstellen von Qualität, Terminen und Arbeitssicherheit
  • Wareneingangs\- und Warenausgangskontrollen
  • Mitarbeit bei internen Betriebsabläufen und organisatorischen Aufgaben
  • Fördern eines strukturierten und wertschätzenden Arbeitsumfeldes
  • Nach sorgfältiger Einführung zusätzlich Einsätze im Abend\-, \- und Wochenenddienst (geregelter Schichtbetrieb)
  • Mitarbeit im Sicherheits\- und Aufsichtsdienst der Institution

Ihr Profil

  • Abgeschlossene Lehre als CNC\-Mechaniker/Polymechaniker
  • Erfahrung in Fräsen, industrieller Fertigung/Montage von Vorteil
  • Freude an praktischer Arbeit und am Umgang mit Menschen
  • Ruhiges Auftreten, Durchsetzungsvermögen und hohe Sozialkompetenz
  • Belastbarkeit sowie verantwortungsbewusste und zuverlässige Arbeitsweise
  • Bereitschaft zur Ausbildung Fachfrau/Fachmann Justizvollzug
  • Gute Deutschkenntnisse sowie PC\-Anwenderkenntnisse
  • Einwandfreier Leumund und Führerausweis Kat. B
  • Mindestalter 30 Jahre
