Deine Aufgaben und Perspektiven ##

  • Zentrale Bezugsperson für Menschen mit akuten gesundheitlichen Einschränkungen verschiedenen Alters und mit unterschiedlichen soziokulturellen Hintergründen
  • Fachliche Verantwortung für die Planung, Ausführung und Evaluation von gesundheitsfördernden, lebenserhaltenden, rehabilitierenden und palliativen Massnahmen
  • Enge Zusammenarbeit mit Berufskolleginnen und Berufskollegen, anderen Fachpersonen und Angehörigen
  • Kompetentes und flexibles Handeln in rasch ändernden Patientensituationen

  • Abgeschlossene Grundausbildung als Fachperson Gesundheit EFZ
  • Hohe Kommunikations-, Beziehungs- und Teamfähigkeit
  • Schnelle Auffassungsgabe, Vernetzungsfähigkeit, Verantwortungsbewusstsein und Entscheidungsfreude
  • Ausgeprägte physische und psychische Belastbarkeit
  • Sehr gute Deutschkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift
