Trimbach ist eine Agglomerationsgemeinde mit rund 7-000 Einwohnenden. Sie liegt am Fuss des Hauensteins im Solothurner Niederamt und wächst eng zusammen mit Olten. Die Gemeinde Trimbach verfügt über zwei Primarschuleinheiten, einen Oberstufenstandort und neun Kindergärten. Zur Ergänzung unseres Teams suchen wir ab Januar 2027 oder nach Absprache ein:e Mitarbeiter:in in Ausbildung (50%). Ihr Anforderungsprofil:

  • Sie absolvieren ein praxisbegleitendes (FHNW), respektive berufsbegleitendes (HSLU) Studium in Sozialer Arbeit.
  • Sie haben Interesse am Berufsfeld SSA und zeigen eine hohe Bereitschaft, Ihre Fähigkeiten in diesem Arbeitsfeld zu entwickeln.
  • Sie sind in der Lage, selbstständig zu arbeiten und Verantwortung zu übernehmen.
  • Sie sind sich der unregelmässigen Arbeitszeiten bewusst und bereit dies einzugehen.
  • Sie setzen sich für einen Transfer zwischen Theorie und Praxis ein.
  • Sie sprechen mögliche Schwierigkeiten an und suchen mit Unterstützung der Praxisausbildnerin nach Lösungen.
  • Sie haben idealerweise bereits Erfahrungen in der Arbeit mit Kindern und Jugendlichen.

Folgende Aufgaben warten auf Sie:

  • Niederschwellige Beratung von Schüler:innen, Eltern, Lehrpersonen und Schulleitungen
  • Interventionen bei Krisen und Konflikten
  • Arbeit mit Gruppen und Klassen im Bereich Intervention
  • Prävention durch Früherkennung und Mitarbeit in der Präventionsarbeit entlang des Konzeptes der Schulsozialarbeit Trimbach (Arbeit mit Klassen)
  • Mitarbeit in schulischen Arbeitsgruppen und Organisation/Durchführung von Projekten
  • Vernetzung und Zusammenarbeit mit kommunalen, regionalen und kantonalen Fachstellen
