Die Stiftung Lerchenbühl begleitet und fördert mit einem umfassenden Coaching-, Bildungs- und Wohnangebot Kinder, Jugendliche und junge Erwachsene mit besonderem Bedarf bei ihrem Start in die Zukunft. Ziel ist eine möglichst selbstbestimmte, nachhaltige Lebens- und Berufsgestaltung. Im Fokus unserer Arbeit steht die schulische, berufliche und soziale Inklusion. Wir sind eine sozialwirtschaftliche, politisch und konfessionell neutrale Stiftung mit Sitz in Burgdorf. Unsere Bewohnenden sind im Alter von 14 - 25 Jahren und werden teilweise 365 Tage betreut.

Anfang an aktiv mitgestalten. Gemeinsam mit einem selbstorganisierten Team begleiten Sie Jugendliche mit besonderenBedürfnissen. Schritt für Schritt übernehmen Sie, begleitet durch erfahrene Fachpersonen, mehr Verantwortung und sammeln wertvolle Praxiserfahrung. Im Lerchenbühl findet Sozialpädagogik dort statt, wo das Leben passiert: mitten im Alltag.

Ihre Aufgaben - Begleitung, Unterstützung und Förderung der Jugendlichen im Wohnalltag

* Planung und Gestaltung abwechslungsreicher Förder-, Freizeit- und Beteiligungsangebote- Interdisziplinäre Zusammenarbeit mit Eltern, Schule, Therapie, usw.- Aktive Mitarbeit in einem engagierten und selbstorganisierten Team- Einblicke in die Bezugspersonenarbeit und schrittweise Übernahme von Verantwortung- Mitarbeit bei administrativen Aufgaben sowie Teilnahme an Teamsitzungen- Übernahme von Betreuungsdiensten im stationären Bereich (Abend-, Nacht- und Wochenenddienste)

  • Begeisterung für die Arbeit mit Jugendlichen und Interesse an ihren Lebenswelten
  • Neugier, Humor und die Motivation, Neues zu lernen- Authentisches, wertschätzendes und sicheres Auftreten- Kreativität und Freude daran, individuelle Lösungen zu finden- Flexibilität, Verantwortungsbewusstsein und Teamgeist- Selbstständige und gut organisierte Arbeitsweise
