Hast du Lust ein Teil vom Chinderhuis Obwalden zu sein?  Hauptaufgaben  Betreuung und Begleitung der Kinder nach dem pädagogischen Konzept des Chinderhuis Obwalden, welches auf folgenden pädagogischen Grundsätzen basiert: Orientierungsrahmen für frühkindliche Bildung, Betreuung und Erziehung  Bildungs- und Lerngeschichten Bildungsbereiche nach dem Berliner Bildungsprogramm Übernahme der Tagesverantwortung aktive Mitgestaltung im Alltag Kontaktpflege zu den Eltern / erziehungsberechtigten Personen verantwortlich für attraktiv gestaltete Räumlichkeiten verantwortlich für Hygiene und Sauberkeit Wir erwarten: Freude an der Arbeit mit Kindern zuverlässige und verantwortungsbewusste Arbeitsweise offene und konstruktive Kommunikation Freude an der Teamarbeit professionelle Arbeitsweise Einfühlungsvermögen und Belastbarkeit auch in hektischen Situationen Offen für Veränderungen und Entwicklung Wir bieten: interne Einführung in die Bildungs- und Lerngeschichtgen sowie die Bildungsbereiche nach dem Berliner Bildungsprogramm Konstante Gruppenkonstellationen mit Ganztagesbetreuung abwechslungsreiche Tätigkeit selbstständige Arbeits- und Gestaltungsmöglichkeiten kollegiale Teamarbeit - gegenseitige Unterstützung übersichtliche Gruppengrösse (12 Plätze) Attraktive Räumlichkeiten mit schönem Garten Attraktive Arbeitsbedingungen 5 Wochen Ferien / keine Betriebsferien 14 bezahlte Feiertage 13.
