Aushilfe Lohnbescheinigungen Arbeitgebende 80 - 100 % (befristet)

Du arbeitest gerne im Team und hast Interesse an Sozialversicherungen? Arbeitgebende im Kanton Luzern reichen für die Lohnabrechnung ihrer Mitarbeitenden jährlich eine Lohnbescheinigung bei der Ausgleichskasse Luzern ein. Die Beiträge an die AHV, die IV und die EO werden auf dieser Grundlage abgerechnet. Die einzelnen Löhne müssen dabei auf das jeweilige individuelle Konto der Mitarbeitenden gebucht werden. Für diese Arbeiten freuen wir uns auf deine Unterstützung vom 14. Dezember 2026 bis 31. März 2027.

Deine Aufgaben

  • Du verwaltest die individuellen Konti der versicherten Personen (Auszüge, Berichtigungen und Korrekturen).
  • Du übernimmst die manuelle und inhaltliche Prüfung der Lohnbescheinigungen.
  • Du erfasst Lohndaten zur Erstellung der Beitragsabrechnungen.
  • Du verbuchst die Lohnsummen auf die individuellen Konti der Versicherten.

Deine Kompetenzen

  • Du studierst oder hast gerade deine Berufslehre abgeschlossen und möchtest praktische Erfahrungen sammeln.
  • Du verfügst über eine schnelle Auffassungsgabe und bist IT- und zahlenaffin.
  • Du zeichnest dich durch eine selbständige, zuverlässige und effiziente Arbeitsweise aus.
  • Du bist eine engagierte Person mit Eigeninitiative und lässt dich auch in hektischen Phasen nicht aus der Ruhe bringen.
