Die Stiftung dreischiibe ist ein innovatives, gemeinnützig soziales Unternehmen. In unserem vielseitigen Dienstleistungs- und Gewerbezentrum in Herisau, St. Gallen und Flawil schaffen wir für Menschen mit psychischer Beeinträchtigung berufliche und persönliche Perspektiven an 220 Arbeits-, Ausbildungs- und Integrationsplätzen. Im Tageszentrum und im Begegnungszentrum fördern wir soziale Integration mit 63 Besucherplätzen.

Im Haus 5egg in Flawil wird von der dreischiibe das «Restaurant 5egg» betrieben. Wir legen grossen Wert auf regional und saisonal abgestimmte Frischmarktküche und zeichnen uns durch einen professionellen Service aus. In unserem Gastronomiebetrieb bilden wir Lernende im Rahmen einer IV-Massnahme aus und beschäftigen Mitarbeitende am begleiteten Arbeitsplatz. Es liegt uns am Herzen, alle unsere Gäste täglich verwöhnen zu dürfen.

Per sofort oder nach Vereinbarung suchen wir für das «Restaurant 5egg» in Flawil eine einsatzfreudige Fachperson zur Verstärkung unseres Fachteams:

Aushilfsköchin/-koch auf Abruf (ca. 20%) (zur Überbrückung von Ferienabwesenheiten und Engpässen)

Deine Aufgaben • Vor und Zubereitung der täglichen Gerichte • Mitgestalten des Tagesangebotes • Einhaltung und Umsetzung von HACCP • Aktive Mitarbeit im Tagesgeschäft

Dein Profil • Ausbildung als Köchin/Koch EFZ mit mehrjähriger Berufserfahrung • Freude am Kochen für verschiedene Bereiche (Restaurant 5egg, Pflegeheim-Bewohner und Spitex Mahlzeitendienst) • Ausgeprägte Sozialkompetenz und hohe Flexibilität für die Einsatzplanung • Einfühlungsvermögen und respektvoller Umgang mit Menschen mit psychischen Beeinträchtigungen • Bereitschaft zu Einsätzen an Wochenenden und Feiertagen
