Für unseren Kunden, ein erfolgreiches Unternehmen im Bereich Elektrotechnik, suchen wir per sofort oder nach Vereinbarung eine/n Aussendienstmitarbeiter/in (a) für die Region Ostschweiz. Wir richten uns an eine Persönlichkeit mit einer technischen Ausbildung im Bereich Elektro sowie einigen Jahren Erfahrung im Aussendienst. Job Description ##

  • Sie sind die erste Ansprechperson für Kunden aus Industrie und Bau und beraten diese kompetent und lösungsorientiert.
  • Mit Ihrem Gespür für Marktchancen bauen Sie bestehende Kundenbeziehungen aus und gewinnen neue Geschäftspartner hinzu.
  • Sie entwickeln Ihr Verkaufsgebiet unternehmerisch weiter und tragen die Verantwortung für Umsatz und Ertrag.
  • Durch gezielte Analysen erkennen Sie Kundenbedürfnisse frühzeitig und erschliessen zusätzliche Geschäftspotenziale.
  • Sie überzeugen Kunden mit individuellen Lösungen, die echten Mehrwert schaffen.
  • Als Markenbotschafter repräsentieren Sie das Unternehmen an Messen, Fachveranstaltungen und Branchenevents.

The Successful Applicant ##

  • Mehrjährige Erfahrung im technischen Vertrieb mit nachweisbaren Erfolgen im Aufbau und der Betreuung von Kundenbeziehungen
  • Technische Grundausbildung als Elektroinstallateur/in, Automatiker/in, Mechatroniker/in oder in einem vergleichbaren Umfeld
  • Solide Marktkenntnisse in den Bereichen Elektrotechnik, Maschinenbau oder industrielle Automation
  • Eigenverantwortliche, strukturierte Arbeitsweise kombiniert mit einer hohen Kunden- und Lösungsorientierung
  • Ausgeprägte Kommunikations- und Verhandlungsstärke sowie ein professionelles und überzeugendes Auftreten
  • Freude am direkten Kundenkontakt und an der Entwicklung nachhaltiger Geschäftsbeziehungen
  • Unternehmerisches Denken, Eigeninitiative und die Fähigkeit, Chancen im Markt aktiv zu erkennen und zu nutzen
