Was dich erwartet

  • Nach deiner Einarbeitung betreust du eigenständig einen bestehenden Kundenstamm, den du kontinuierlich ausbaust
  • Du gewinnst Neukunden und begeisterst diese von unseren hochwertigen Produkten und Serviceleistungen
  • Eine moderne Vertriebstechnologie, die darauf ausgelegt ist, dich bestmöglich zu unterstützen (z. B. Smartphone, CRM\-System)
  • Regelmässige Teamveranstaltungen in deiner Region und Schulungen, die auch dein internes Netzwerk stärken
  • Stetige Unterstützung durch deine Führungskraft und unseren Vertriebsinnendienst \- alle nur einen Anruf entfernt

Was dich auszeichnet

  • Abgeschlossene handwerkliche oder kaufmännische Ausbildung
  • Hohe Eigenmotivation sowie die Bereitschaft, sich im Vertrieb weiterzuentwickeln \- mit vorhandener Vertriebserfahrung oder ausgeprägter Motivation für einen Quereinstieg
  • Kommunikationsstarke Persönlichkeit mit einer offenen Ausstrahlung und Interesse an unseren Kunden und Produkten
  • Überzeugungskraft und Verhandlungsgeschick für kontinuierliche Vertriebserfolge
  • Gesunder Ehrgeiz und Hartnäckigkeit, um vorgegebene und selbst gesteckte Ziele zu erreichen
