Aussendienstmitarbeiter/in für die Region Westschweiz im Bereich Dach Betriebselektriker 100% (m/w/d) Die Ziegeleien bieten keramische Lösungen für die gesamte Gebäudehülle. Seit über 150 Jahren machen wir mit unseren Tonbaustoffen das Wohnen natürlicher und das Bauen einfacher. Aus einem schlichten Rohstoff entwickeln wir ausgeklügelte Systeme für Dach, Wand und Fassade. Seit 2020 sind wir Teil der swisspor Gruppe. Im Rahmen unserer Nachfolgeplanung aufgrund der bevorstehenden Pensionierung eines langjährigen Mitarbeiters suchen wir für unser Verkaufsteam eine engagierte Persönlichkeit als Aussendienstmitarbeiter/in für die Region Westschweiz im Bereich Dach (Schwerpunktregionen: Bern und das Berner Oberland) Deine Tätigkeit ist vielseitig Verkauf und Beratung aller Produkte (Hauptfokus: Dachziegel, Dach\-Zubehör, Photovoltaik und Dämmung) Technische Beratung über das Produktsortiment und die fachgerechte Ausführung am Bau bei Kunden vor Ort Beratung von Verarbeitern, Architekten, Ingenieuren, Investoren und Bauherrschaften Pflege und Betreuung bestehender Kunden sowie des Baumaterialhandels und Neukundengewinnung Objektbearbeitung in sämtlichen Projektierungsstadien mit modernen Hilfsmitteln wie CRM Überwachung und Umsetzung des kompletten Auftragsprozesses (Angebot bis Zahlungseingang) Einhaltung der Budgetziele im Verkaufsgebiet und Unterstützung bei Debitorenkontrolle Umsetzung der strategischen Zielvorgaben (Arbeiten mit Kundenklassen, Zubehörverkauf etc.) Weiterleiten von Marktinformationen an Regionalverkaufsleiter, Produktmanagement, Qualitätsabteilung etc. Mitarbeit bei Messen/Events/Schulungen Bringst du die passenden Bausteine mit? Für diese Position suchen wir eine dienstleitungsorientierte, zuverlässige und teamfähige Persönlichkeit mit guten Umgangsformen und folgenden weiteren Qualifikationen: Technische Grundausbildung im Bauhaupt\- oder Baunebengewerbe (Dachdecker, , , etc.) Mindestens 3 – 5 Jahre praktische Verkaufserfahrung Gute MS Office Kenntnisse, CRM von Vorteil Wohnhaft im Verkaufsgebiet mit Bereitschaft zu Reisetätigkeiten Kundenorientierte, strukturierte und selbständige Arbeitsweise Warum bei uns arbeiten?
