Pour notre client, une entreprise suisse de laboratoire établie, qui développe et commercialise depuis près d-un siècle des remèdes homéopathiques simples et complexes de haute qualité pour l-ensemble du marché suisse, nous recherchons pour renforcer les régions de Berne et Fribourg un(e)

Représentant(e) commercial(e) terrain pour les régions de Berne et Fribourg (h/f/d) 100%

Notre client incarne la qualité, la précision, la fiabilité, le respect et l-harmonie, et adopte une approche exigeante et éthique en naturopathie. L-entreprise est spécialisée en homéopathie, phytothérapie, gemmothérapie, sels de Schüssler et compléments alimentaires. Vous êtes responsable du développement commercial ainsi que de la présentation des gammes de produits, y compris une nouvelle gamme, dans votre région.

Vos tâches

  • Développement actif du marché par des visites auprès des chaînes de distribution, groupes, pharmacies, drogueries et thérapeutes
  • Entretien des relations clients existantes dans la région et garantie d-un suivi intensif
  • Formation et motivation des équipes en pharmacie (pharmaciens, assistants) sur nos nouveaux produits et leurs avantages spécifiques (USPs)
  • Identification et acquisition de nouveaux points de vente stratégiques (Key Points of Sales)
  • Présentation des nouveaux produits, garantie du réapprovisionnement et prise de commandes
  • Participation à des séminaires, conférences et événements spécialisés
  • Représenter l-entreprise et devenir ambassadeur de la marque auprès du personnel médical et des KOLs (Key Opinion Leaders)

Profil souhaité

  • Formation commerciale dans les sciences naturelles, la pharmacie ou un domaine équivalent
  • Au moins 2 ans d-expérience commerciale en Suisse, idéalement dans le secteur pharmaceutique, parapharmaceutique ou des remèdes naturels
  • Expérience avérée en développement de marché ou prospection terrain
  • Connaissance du réseau des pharmacies/drogueries
  • Langues : suisse allemand (bilingue ou langue maternelle) indispensable, français niveau minimum B2
  • Excellentes compétences en communication et négociation
  • Esprit d-initiative, autonomie, dynamisme et orientation résultats
  • Excellentes compétences interpersonnelles et service client
  • Connaissances des outils informatiques (Outlook, Excel, Word, CRM)
