Unser Kunde steht für Qualität, Präzision, Zuverlässigkeit, Respekt und Harmonie und verfolgt einen anspruchsvollen sowie ethischen Ansatz in der Naturheilkunde. Das Unternehmen ist auf Homöopathie, Phytotherapie, Gemmotherapie, Schüssler\-Salze und Nahrungsergänzungsmittel spezialisiert. Sie sind verantwortlich für die Geschäftsentwicklung sowie die Präsentation der Produktlinien, einschliesslich einer neuen Produktreihe, in Ihrer Region.

Ihre Aufgaben

* Aktive Marktentwicklung durch Besuche bei Einzelhandelsketten, Konzernen, Apotheken, Drogerien und Therapeuten

* Pflege bestehender Kundenbeziehungen in der Region und Sicherstellung einer intensiven Nachbetreuung

* Schulung und Motivation von Apothekenteams (Apotheker, Assistenten) zu unseren neuen Produkten und deren spezifischen Vorteilen (USPs)

* Identifizierung und Akquise neuer strategischer Verkaufspunkte (Key Points of Sales)

* Darstellung neuer Produkte, Sicherstellung der Lagerauffüllung und Entgegennahme von Bestellungen

* Teilnahme an Seminaren, Konferenzen und Fachveranstaltungen

* Repräsentieren Sie das Unternehmen und werden Sie Markenbotschafter gegenüber medizinischem Fachpersonal und KOLs (Key Opinion Leaders)

Gewünschtes Profil

* Verkaufsausbildung in Naturwissenschaften, Pharmazie oder einem gleichwertigen Bereich

* Mindestens 2 Jahre Verkaufserfahrung in der Schweiz, idealerweise im Pharma\-, Parapharmazie\- oder Naturheilmittelsektor

* Nachgewiesene Erfahrung in der Marktentwicklung oder Feldakquise

* Kenntnisse des Apotheken\-/Drogeriemarktnetzes

* Sprachen: Schweizerdeutsch (zweisprachig oder als Muttersprache) zwingend erforderlich, Französisch mind. B2 Kenntnisse

* Ausgezeichnete Kommunikations\- und Verhandlungsfähigkeiten

* Eigeninitiative, Selbstständigkeit, Dynamik und Ergebnisorientiert

* Hervorragende zwischenmenschliche Fähigkeiten und Kundenservice

* Kenntnisse in IT\-Tools (Outlook, Excel, Word, CRM)
