Automaticien·ne / Technicien·ne de maintenance

 

Tâches principales :

  • S-assurer du bon fonctionnement, de la conformité des installations et de l-infrastructure de production.
  • Intervenir sur les équipements / infrastructures de production.
  • Identifier les dérives et proposer des actions correctives / sécuriser immédiatement.
  • Diagnostiquer les pannes et réaliser les interventions.
  • Innovation et Développement : participer aux essais produits et réaliser les changements d-outils.
  • Suivre et gérer le stock de pièces détachées.
  • Assurer les réglages, optimiser les installations.
  • Suivre et mettre à jour le planning d-interventions préventives, correctives et d-améliorations.
  • Mettre en configuration les machines jusque validation / reprise par la production.
  • S-assurer systématiquement de la sécurisation et propreté des équipements. Participer à la mise à jour documentaire du service maintenance du système de management qualité.
  • Suivre les règles QHSE et les BPF de maintenance : qualité, hygiène et sécurité en vigueur.
  • Enregistrer les interventions de maintenance dans les logbooks.
  • Remonter et collaborer avec le département QHSE sur toute déviation machine, infrastructures ou services ayant un impact potentiel sur les produits et la sécurité.

Nous souhaitons :

  • CFC d-automaticien·ne ou technicien·ne de maintenance
  • 3 ans d-expérience : un plus
  • Bonnes connaissances mécaniques, pneumatiques, électriques et en automation
  • Connaissances en soudure, usinage et plomberie
  • Connaissances des GMPs pour les industries alimentaires, cosmétiques et/ou pharmaceutiques
  • Bon relationnel / Esprit d-équipe
  • Vigilance / Esprit d-analyse
  • Autonomie / Organisation
  • Réactivité / Disponibilité
