The posting

Unsere hochmodernen Produktionsanlagen laufen rund um die Uhr und bilden das Herzstück der Fertigung. Damit der Betrieb reibungslos funktioniert, braucht es Fachleute, die Steuerungen verstehen, Fehler systematisch eingrenzen und Lösungen direkt an den Maschinen umsetzen. Es erwartet dich eine vielseitige Aufgabe mit modernster SPS-Technik wie Siemens S5, S7, TIA Portal und Allen-Bradley.

Deine Aufgaben

  • Instandhaltung der Produktionsanlagen sowie Behebung von Störungen an Elektrik, Steuerung und Mechanik
  • Analyse, Anpassung und Optimierung von SPS-Programmen
  • Arbeit an Maschinensteuerungen, Leitrechnern, Antriebssystemen und Visualisierungen
  • Weiterentwicklung der bestehenden Anlagen sowie Optimierung der Prozesssicherheit
  • Nachführung der Software- und Hardwaredokumentation
  • Enge Zusammenarbeit mit dem Produktionsteam und externen Fachkräften

Qualifikationen

Deine Kompetenzen

  • Abgeschlossene Ausbildung als Automatiker/in EFZ, Techniker/in HF Automation, Elektrotechniker/in oder vergleichbar
  • Erfahrung mit SPS-Steuerungen in industriellen Produktionsanlagen
  • Kenntnisse in HMI/Visualisierung, Antriebstechnik sowie Mess- und Regeltechnik von Vorteil
  • Breites Verständnis für elektrische, steuerungstechnische und mechanische Abläufe
  • Selbständige, strukturierte Arbeitsweise und hohe Lösungsorientierung
  • Sehr gute Deutschkenntnisse sowie Bereitschaft zum Einsatz im Zwei-Schichtmodell
