Seit über 90 Jahren entwickeln und produzieren wir hochwertige Hygieneprodukte für den Alltag – Babywindeln, Damenbinden und Inkontinenzprodukte. Zur Verstärkung unseres Technikteams suchen wir per sofort oder nach Vereinbarung eine/n Automatiker/in – SPS \& Instandhaltung Produktionsanlagen (80–100%) Unsere Produktionsanlagen sind das Herzstück des Unternehmens. Damit sie zuverlässig laufen, braucht es Menschen, die Steuerungen verstehen, Störungen systematisch eingrenzen und Lösungen direkt an der Anlage umsetzen. Bei HYGA wird richtig an Maschinen gearbeitet: analysieren, programmieren, einstellen, optimieren. Im Einsatz sind Siemens S5, S7 und TIA Portal sowie Allen\-Bradley. Ihre Aufgaben Sie halten unsere Produktionsanlagen instand und beheben Störungen an Elektrik, Steuerung und Mechanik Sie lesen, analysieren und passen SPS\-Programme an Sie arbeiten an Maschinensteuerungen, Leitrechnern, Antriebssystemen und Visualisierungen Sie optimieren Steuerungsabläufe, Anlagenfunktionen und Prozesssicherheit – und entwickeln bestehende Anlagen weiter Sie halten die Software\- und Hardwaredokumentation aktuell Sie arbeiten eng mit der Produktion und externen Fachpersonen zusammen Ihr Profil Ausbildung als Automatiker/in EFZ, Techniker/in HF Automation, Elektrotechniker/in oder eine vergleichbare technische Ausbildung Erfahrung mit SPS\-Steuerungen in industriellen Produktionsanlagen – Sie können Programme lesen, analysieren und anpassen Kenntnisse in Leitrechnern, HMI/Visualisierung, Antriebstechnik sowie Mess\- und Regeltechnik von Vorteil Gutes Verständnis für elektrische, steuerungstechnische und mechanische Zusammenhänge und Freude an der Arbeit direkt an der Anlage Selbständige, sorgfältige Arbeitsweise und die Bereitschaft, Verantwortung zu übernehmen Sie bleiben auch bei Störungen ruhig und lösungsorientiert und denken bereichsübergreifend mit Sehr gute Deutschkenntnisse Bereitschaft zum Einsatz im 2\-Schichtbetrieb; Nacht\- oder Wochenendeinsätze nur in Notfällen Was Sie bei uns erwartet Ein erfahrenes Technikteam, das zusammenhält Abwechslungsreiche Arbeit an anspruchsvollen Produktionsanlagen Viel Selbständigkeit, kurze Entscheidungswege und ein familiäres Umfeld ohne Konzernstrukturen Die Möglichkeit, Anlagen nicht nur instand zu halten, sondern aktiv weiterzuentwickeln Wenn Sie Freude daran haben, Maschinen am Laufen zu halten, technische Probleme bis zur Ursache zu verfolgen,, freuen wir uns auf Ihre schriftliche Bewerbung per Mail. jpidcd86f27jm jit0936jm jiy26jm
