Automatiker (m/w/d) ###

Ihre Aufgaben ###

  • Sicherstellung des reibungslosen Betriebs eines technologisch hochstehenden Maschinenparks durch Wartung, Reparatur und Instandhaltung von manuellen, teil- und vollautomatisierten Anlagen in den Bereichen Elektrik, Pneumatik und Mechanik
  • Steigerung der Anlagenverfügbarkeit sowie Verbesserung von Effizienz und Effektivität durch präventive Instandhaltung und kontinuierliche Optimierungsmassnahmen
  • Zentrale Ansprechperson im Eskalationsmanagement (Second Level Support) für die Produktion am Standort Herisau
  • Aktive Mitarbeit an Prozessverbesserungen und technischen Projekten mit Möglichkeit zur fachlichen Weiterentwicklung
  • Mitwirkung bei der Ausbildung von Automatiker-Lernenden als Praxisbildner
  • Teilprojektleitung bei der Herstellung neuer Anlagen in Zusammenarbeit mit Lernenden

Ihr Profil ###

  • Abgeschlossene Ausbildung als Automatiker/in, Elektromechaniker/in oder Elektroinstallateur/in, idealerweise mit Weiterbildung zum Betriebselektriker nach Art. 13 oder 15
  • Mehrjährige Erfahrung im elektrischen Unterhalt von Anlagen im industriellen Umfeld
  • Fundierte Kenntnisse in der Anwendung und Programmierung von SPS- und PC-Steuerungen
  • Nachweisbare Erfahrung in kleineren Automatisierungs- und Optimierungsprojekten als Teilprojektleiter/in (zwingend)
  • Stilsichere Deutschkenntnisse, Englischkenntnisse von Vorteil
  • Innovationsfreude sowie Bereitschaft zur aktiven Mitgestaltung von Prozessverbesserungen
  • Flexibilität sowie Bereitschaft für Piketteinsätze
