Automatikmonteur / Mitarbeiter Kabelkonfektion (m/w/d | 80 - 100%) ==================================================================

Deine Aufgaben

  • Kabel konfektionieren
  • Montagearbeiten an elektronischen Geräten
  • Lötarbeiten
  • Je nach Eignung und Interesse besteht die Möglichkeit, dich weiterzuentwickeln und später auch an Bestückungsautomaten zu arbeiten

Auch Lehrabgänger sind herzlich willkommen. Wir geben dir die Möglichkeit, dein Fachwissen in der Praxis weiter auszubauen.

Das bringst du mit

  • Abgeschlossene Berufslehre als Automatikmonteur/in oder eine gleichwertige technische Grundbildung oder aber mindestens eine ausgeprägte Affinität zu Elektronik und handwerklichen Arbeiten mit Elektronikerfahrung
  • Verständnis für elektrische Komponenten und Verkabelungen von Vorteil
  • Kenntnisse im Lesen von technischen Plänen von Vorteil
  • Gute Feinmotorik und Freude an präziser Arbeit
  • Sorgfältige und gleichzeitig speditive Arbeitsweise
  • Selbstständigkeit bei klar definierten Aufgaben
  • Deutschkenntnisse mindestens auf Niveau B1

Wir bieten dir ein unkompliziertes und gutes Miteinander. Bei uns erwarten dich 5 Wochen Ferien, ab 50 Jahren 6 Wochen Ferien, sowie ein Vorholzeitsystem für die arbeitsfreie Zeit zwischen Weihnachten und Neujahr. Die wöchentliche Arbeitszeit beträgt 41,25 Stunden. Deine Arbeitszeit kannst du innerhalb unserer Blockzeiten flexibel einteilen.
