Automobildiagnostiker/\\-in Personenwagen 100 % ============================================== Arbeitsort Burgdorf Ihre Aufgaben \* Sie sind die erste Ansprechperson für unsere Kundinnen und Kunden rund um Fahrzeugdiagnose und technische Beratung. \* Sie begleiten und unterstützen Garagistinnen und Garagisten bei komplexen Fehlerdiagnosen und Reparaturen -- remote oder direkt vor Ort. \* Sie bieten kompetenten Support über unsere Diagnose\\-Hotline. \* Sie schulen und instruieren Kundinnen und Kunden sowie das ESA\\-Vertriebsteam im Umgang mit Diagnosegeräten und deren Software. \* Sie beraten interne Abteilungen (Einkauf, Vertrieb, Gewährleistung) und behalten technische Neuheiten stets im Blick. Das bringen Sie mit \* Abgeschlossene Ausbildung als Automobilmechatroniker/\\-in EFZ und Weiterbildung als Automobildiagnostiker/\\-in Personenwagen mit eidg. Fachausweis. \* Mehrjährige Erfahrung in Fahrzeugdiagnose und Fahrzeugsystemen. \* Kommunikationsstärke, Sozialkompetenz und sicheres Auftreten -- sowohl telefonisch als auch im direkten Kundenkontakt. \* Sehr gute Deutschkenntnisse und Französisch\\- oder Italienischkenntnisse. \* Sicherer Umgang mit MS Office und Begeisterung für technische Innovationen. \* Selbständige, strukturierte Arbeitsweise und ausgeprägte analytische Fähigkeiten.
