Die Mobilwelt GmbH ist seit über 20 Jahren im Bereich Wohnmobile tätig. Wir verkaufen und vermieten Wohnmobile und bieten unseren Kunden umfassende Werkstatt-, Service- und Nachrüstleistungen.

Zur Verstärkung unseres Teams suchen wir eine engagierte Persönlichkeit als:

Kundenberater / Serviceberater Wohnmobile (m/w/d)

Du bist die Schnittstelle zwischen unseren Kunden und der Werkstatt. Du verstehst technische Anliegen, berätst unsere Kunden kompetent und sorgst dafür, dass Aufträge von der Annahme bis zur Fahrzeugübergabe sauber und effizient abgewickelt werden.

Deine Aufgaben

Persönliche und telefonische Betreuung unserer Kunden Annahme von Wohnmobilen für Service-, Reparatur- und Nachrüstarbeiten Aufnahme und Beurteilung von Kundenanliegen und technischen Problemen Planung und Koordination der Werkstattaufträge Erstellung von Offerten und Reparaturaufträgen Laufende Kommunikation mit Kunden über den Stand der Arbeiten Koordination zwischen Kunden, Werkstatt und Lieferanten Beratung zu Reparaturen, Servicearbeiten und Zubehör/Nachrüstungen Organisation von Ersatzteilen und Material Qualitätskontrolle und Fahrzeugübergabe an den Kunden Unterstützung bei Garantie- und Schadenfällen Dein Profil

Mechanische oder technische Grundausbildung, idealerweise als Automobil-Mechatroniker, Automobil-Fachmann, Mechaniker oder in einem vergleichbaren Beruf Technisches Verständnis und Freude an Fahrzeugen Interesse an Wohnmobilen, Camping und Fahrzeugtechnik Erfahrung mit Wohnmobilen ist von Vorteil Freude am direkten Kundenkontakt Selbstständige, zuverlässige und lösungsorientierte Arbeitsweise Organisationstalent und die Fähigkeit, auch bei mehreren laufenden Aufträgen den Überblick zu behalten Gute Deutschkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift Führerausweis Kat.
