Bei der Busbetrieb Seetal-Freiamt AG übernimmst du Verantwortung und stellst sicher, dass unsere Linienbusse sicher und zuverlässig unterwegs sind. 

Deine Aufgaben ##

  • Du übernimmst die fachliche Leitung für unsere Werkstatt, führst das Team in technischen Fragen und stellst sicher, dass unsere Linienbusflotte jederzeit zuverlässig und sicher unterwegs ist.
  • Wartungs-, Reparatur- und Diagnosearbeiten an unseren Bussen führst du selbstständig und mit handwerklichem Können aus - von der Fehlersuche über mechanische Instandsetzung bis zur Qualitätskontrolle behältst du stets den Überblick.
  • Die Beschaffung von Ersatzteilen und Materialien sowie die professionelle Bewirtschaftung unseres Ersatzteillagers liegen in deinem Verantwortungsbereich.
  • Gemeinsam mit Herstellern, Lieferanten und externen Partnern stellst du einen reibungslosen technischen Betrieb sicher und unterstützt den technischen Pikettdienst.
  • Als Stellvertretung des Betriebsleiters gestaltest du zudem aktiv betriebliche Themen mit.

Dein Profil ##

  • Du bringst eine technische Grundausbildung im Fahrzeug-, Nutzfahrzeug-, Landmaschinen oder in einem vergleichbaren Bereich sowie praktische Erfahrung in der Instandhaltung von Fahrzeugen mit - Schrauben und Mechanik ist deine Welt.
  • Wartungs-, Diagnose- und Reparaturarbeiten werden von dir sicher und fachgerecht ausgeführt.
  • Du hast idealerweise bereits erste Erfahrungen in der fachlichen Leitung oder Koordination eines Werkstattteams oder den klaren Wunsch diese Verantwortung zu übernehmen.
  • Der Spass an vielseitigen Aufgaben, eine hohe Einsatzbereitschaft, handwerkliches Geschick und Freude an der Zusammenarbeit im eingespielten Team zeichnen dich als Person und Teamplayer aus.
  • Der Führerausweis Kategorie D ist von Vorteil oder die Bereitschaft, diesen zu erwerben.
