Le CMS Sion-Hérens-Conthey offre des prestations médico-sociales, des prestations d-aide et d-insertion sociale et professionnelle répondant aux attentes, ainsi qu'aux besoins de la population.

Sa mission est de favoriser le maintien à domicile, l-autonomie et l-intégration sociale en proposant un accompagnement individualisé dans chaque situation et en offrant une palette de prestations complète.

Avec ses 5 sites et ses près de 550 collaborateurs, le CMS Sion-Hérens-Conthey accompagne plus de 5700 bénéficiaires sur l-ensemble des 16 communes de la région.

Nous cherchons pour notre site du Coteau, un-e :

Auxiliaire de ménage

(CDD de 6 mois entre 80-100%)

Votre mission #

  • Vous assurez les tâches ménagères selon l'évaluation de l'évaluatrice ménage
  • Vous aidez ou réalisez les courses avec le bénéficiaire
  • Vous observez l'état du bénéficiaire et transmettez vos observations à la personne de référence
  • Vous récoltez et transmettez les informations nécessaires à l'évolution de l'état de l'habitat du bénéficiaire afin qu'une action puisse être ajustée
  • Vous offrez une décharge à un parent ou une famille qui s'occupe d'une personne dépendante
  • Vous utilisez l'outil de saisie Carefolio selon les exigences du service
  • Vous exploitez les logiciels et les moyens de transmission d'information usuels

Votre profil #

  • Expérience dans les nettoyages, l'entretien et le repassage à domicile, un réel plus.
  • Connaissance des normes d'hygiène et de propreté.
  • Permis de conduire et véhicule indispensables.
  • Connaissance des communes du site du Coteau.
  • Aisance pour la conduite sur les routes de montagne.
  • Capacité d-adaptation, sens de l-écoute et autonomie.
  • Bonne condition physique.
  • Langue française parlée couramment.
  • Maîtrise des outils informatiques usuels ; la connaissance de Carefolio est un atout.

Lieu de travail : Le poste est basé sur les communes du site du Coteau (Grimisuat/Ayent/Arbaz/Anzère/Savièse)
