Situé dans la région du Pays-d-Enhaut, le pôle Psychiatrie de l-Âge Avancé (EMS) de notre Fondation accueille, soigne et accompagne tout aîné atteint dans sa santé mentale. Il offre un environnement familial et pluridisciplinaire en favorisant l-intégration de l-entourage.

L'EMS L'Ours accueille ce jour 40 bénéficiaires-résidents et nous pouvons compter quotidiennement sur les compétences de collaborateurs dévoués.

Afin de compléter l-équipe en place, nous recherchons pour une durée déterminée un

 

Auxiliaire de santé CRS / Aide soignant (H/F)

entre 80% et 100%

Engagement : de suite ou à convenir

Votre mission

  • Accompagner les bénéficiaires-résidents dans les actes de la vie quotidienne
  • Donner des soins d-hygiène et de confort
  • Participer à l'accompagnement global des bénéficiaires-résidents
  • Collaborer avec l'ensemble de l'équipe pluridisciplinaire

Profil souhaité

  • Attestation d'auxiliaire de santé CRS, AFP ASA ou diplôme d'aide-soignant
  • Intéret marqué pour le domaine de la psychiatrie de l'âge avancé
  • Sens de l-organisation et de la collaboration
  • Sens du travail en équipe, polyvalence et autonomie
  • Casier judiciaire vierge
