La Fondation Saphir, fondation multi\-missions et multi\-sites (psychogériatrie, gériatrie, psychiatrie adulte), est active dans le domaine médico\-social dans le canton de Vaud et dans l’accueil et l’accompagnement de personnes fragilisées dans leur intégrité physique et psychique au cours de leur processus de vie.

Afin de compléter nos équipes d’accompagnement, nous recherchons pour notre établissement à Yvonand et Yverdon\-les\-Bains qui accueille 75 Personnes, spécialisé en gériatrie, le profil suivant :

Auxiliaire de santé CRS (F/H/D) en CDI entre 70% et 80% \- EMS Maurice Bugnon Yverdon \- Yvonand

Quelle que soit leur fonction, les professionnel·le·s de la Fondation Saphir ont une volonté commune, celle d’accompagner les Personnes au quotidien pour leur permettre d’expérimenter concrètement la stratégie institutionnelle de **prestations selon le modèle aedis « comme à la maison »**. C’est\-à\-dire, conserver leurs habitudes autant que possible, offrir une réponse adaptée à leurs souhaits et, par le biais d’une réelle collaboration interprofessionnelle, favoriser leur bien\-être et leur qualité de vie.

En tant qu’auxiliaire de santé CRS, vous accompagnez les Personnes dans leur quotidien (actes de la vie quotidienne, activités sociales, spirituelles, intendance) tout en veillant à préerver leur autonomie et en tenant compte du projet d’accompagnement. Vous contribuez à une ambiance sécurisante et conviviale. Vous participez au projet d’accompagnement de la Personne en vous assurant que son environnement soit adapté à ses besoins. Vous collaborerez en interprofessionnalité et adaptez vos pratiques aux besoins de chaque Personne et participez à la mise en œuvre des accompagnements individualisés.

VOTRE PARCOURS \- VOS QUALITÉS ET COMPÉTENCES

  • Vous êtes au bénéfice d'une attestation Croix\-Rouge ou titre jugé équivalent et avez une expérience dans l’hébergement
  • Intérêt pour l’accompagnement au quotidien des personnes âgées
  • Sens de l’observation, de l’écoute et de l’empathie
  • Flexible, capacité d’adaptation et sens de l’organisation
  • Communication, esprit d’équipe et capacité à se remettre en question
  • Bonne maîtrise du français et des outils informatiques usuels (Carefolio)
  • Permis de conduire et véhicule privé
