Auxiliaire de Santé – Soins à domicile

Organisation de soins à domicile autorisée – Valais Romand & Canton de Vaud

Leader dans le domaine de la qualité des soins à domicile, OSAD Helvetia est une organisation autorisée par le Département de la Santé.

Notre mission est d’offrir un accompagnement individualisé et des soins de haute qualité aux personnes à domicile.

Afin de renforcer notre équipe et poursuivre notre engagement envers l’excellence des soins, nous recherchons :

Auxiliaire de Santé

Région : Monthey - Valais Romand

Planification stable : lundi à vendredi (7h00 – 12h00/16h00-20h00)

1 week-end sur 2

Entrée en fonction : à convenir

Vos missions :

Suivi journalier (AVQ/AIVQ) des patients

Soins de base

Accompagnement des patients dans les activités de la vie quotidienne

Intervention dans des situations stables

Soutien relationnel au patient et à l’entourage

Participation active au projet de soins et à la vie d’équipe

Gestion des tâches administratives liées aux soins, accompagnement et au respect des directives internes

Contribution au développement de l’organisation

Profil recherché :

Titre reconnu d’auxiliaire de santé (CRS)

Très bonne maîtrise du français, à l’oral comme à l’écrit

Expérience confirmée dans les soins à domicile

Bonne connaissance de la population vieillissante

Excellentes aptitudes relationnelles et sens de la communication

Maîtrise des outils informatiques courants

Permis de conduire B (manuel) et véhicule personnel
