Description de poste: Rejoignez une équipe dynamique au sein d'un établissement de santé engagé dans le bien\-être de ses patients. En tant qu'Auxiliaire de santé CRS, vous jouerez un rôle essentiel dans le soutien aux équipes médicales et à l'accompagnement des patients au quotidien. Vos missions incluront :

* Assistance et soins de base aux patients en respectant les protocoles établis.

* Prise de mesures de paramètres vitaux et suivi de l'état de santé des patients.

* Encadrement des patients dans leurs activités et aide à la mobilité.

* Communication attentive avec l'équipe soignante pour assurer la continuité des soins.

* Participation à des séances de formation continue pour renforcer vos compétences.
