Contrat à durée déterminée : Du 1er décembre 2026 au 30 septembre 2027

Dans le cadre d'un remplacement temporaire, notre Étude recherche un·e avocat·e titulaire du brevet suisse pour rejoindre notre équipe à 80-100 % du 1er décembre 2026 au 30 septembre 2027.

Le poste

Vous reprendrez un portefeuille varié de dossiers et aurez l’occasion de travailler de manière autonome, tout en pouvant compter sur les échanges et le soutien d’une équipe bienveillante.

Votre activité sera principalement orientée vers le contentieux et le conseil, notamment dans les domaines suivants :

  • droit de la famille ;
  • droit du travail ;
  • assurances sociales ;
  • responsabilité civile et droit des assurances ;
  • droit administratif ;
  • droit pénal.

Le poste implique notamment la gestion directe des dossiers et de la relation avec les clients, la rédaction d’écritures et d’avis juridiques, ainsi que la représentation en audience.

Votre profil

Vous êtes titulaire d’un brevet suisse d’avocat et appréciez la pratique du barreau. Vous êtes à l’aise avec la gestion autonome de dossiers et souhaitez vous investir dans une pratique variée.

Une première expérience dans plusieurs des domaines précités constitue un atout.

Une excellente maîtrise du français est indispensable. Une maîtrise courante, idéalement bilingue, de l’anglais constitue un atout particulièrement apprécié.

Au-delà des compétences juridiques, nous accordons une importance particulière aux qualités humaines. Nous recherchons une personne agréable, fiable et collaborative, qui apprécie le travail en équipe.

Le poste est proposé dans le cadre d'un remplacement de congé maternité, pour une durée déterminée. Selon les besoins de l'Étude et les aspirations réciproques, une poursuite de la collaboration pourra être envisagée.
