Notre client est une étude d'avocats reconnue de la place genevoise, Dans le cadre du développement de sa pratique fiscale, nous recherchons un(e)

Avocat(e) Fiscaliste Senior

Votre rôle

Vous accompagnerez une clientèle suisse et internationale sur un large éventail de questions fiscales.

Vos principales responsabilités incluent :

\-Conseil en fiscalité suisse et internationale.

\-Analyse et structuration d'opérations présentant des enjeux fiscaux complexes.

\-Accompagnement de clients dans leurs problématiques fiscales courantes et stratégiques.

\-Conseil dans le cadre de projets de réorganisation, de transmission ou de structuration patrimoniale.

\-Assistance lors d'échanges avec les autorités fiscales et gestion de procédures fiscales.

\-Collaboration étroite avec les équipes Corporate, Immobilier et Bancaire de l'étude.

\-Développement et fidélisation d'une clientèle existante tout en participant activement à l'acquisition de nouveaux mandats.

\-Contribution au développement stratégique de la pratique fiscale.

Votre profil

\-Brevet d'avocat suisse impératif.

\-Minimum 7 années d'expérience en fiscalité au sein d'une étude d'avocats ou d'un cabinet spécialisé en Suisse.

\-Excellente maîtrise du droit fiscal suisse.

\-Solides compétences techniques et capacité à gérer des dossiers complexes en toute autonomie.

\-Réseau professionnel établi en Suisse romande et goût pour le développement commercial.

\-Esprit entrepreneurial et volonté de contribuer au développement de l'étude.

\-Excellentes capacités relationnelles et orientation client.

\-Français et anglais courants. Toute autre langue constitue un atout.
