Job Description ##

Vos responsabilités:

  • Conseiller une clientèle privée et commerciale sur des questions de fiscalité suisse et internationale.
  • Accompagner les clients dans leurs opérations de restructuration, de transmission d'entreprise et de planification patrimoniale.
  • Rédiger des avis de droit, consultations fiscales et demandes de ruling auprès des autorités compétentes.
  • Assurer le suivi de procédures fiscales et représenter les clients dans leurs échanges avec les administrations.
  • Collaborer étroitement avec les autres départements de l'étude, notamment Corporate/M&A, Immobilier et Private Clients.

The Successful Applicant ##

Votre profil:

  • Titulaire du diplôme d'Expert(e) fiscal(e)
  • Plusieurs années d'expérience réussie au sein d'une étude d'avocats reconnue avec une pratique fiscale significative.
  • Solide expertise en fiscalité des personnes physiques et morales, ainsi qu'en fiscalité suisse et internationale.
  • Excellentes capacités d'analyse, autonomie dans la gestion des dossiers et sens aigu du service client.
  • Maîtrise du français et de l'anglais ; de très bonnes connaissances de l'allemand constituent un réel atout.
