Du entwickelst, kalkulierst und konstruierst kundenspezifische Sonderlösungen und begleitest diese von der Idee bis zur Produktionsfreigabe.

Als technische Drehscheibe arbeitest du eng mit Verkauf, Einkauf, Produktion sowie externen Partnern zusammen. Dein Ziel: wirtschaftliche, durchdachte und produzierbare Lösungen, die unsere Kund:innen begeistern.

AVOR Schreinerei Speziallösungen Büromöbel 100% (m/w/d)

Das sind deine Aufgaben: • Entwicklung, Konstruktion und Kalkulation von kundenspezifischen Sonderanfertigungen im Bereich Büromöbel • Technische Ausarbeitung von Speziallösungen für Tische, Stauraumsysteme und individuelle Kundenanforderungen • Erstellung von 3D-Konstruktionen (Creo), Fertigungszeichnungen und Produktionsunterlagen • Pflege von Stücklisten, Stammdaten und technischen Informationen im ERP-System • Technische Beratung und Unterstützung von Verkauf, Projektmanagement und Produktion • Abklärung technischer Anforderungen mit Lieferanten und Partnern • Auswahl geeigneter Materialien, Beschläge, Metallteile und Befestigungslösungen • Sicherstellung einer wirtschaftlichen, termingerechten und produzierbaren Umsetzung • Aktive Mitgestaltung und Optimierung unserer Produkte, Prozesse und technischen Standards

Das bringst du mit: • Technische Grundausbildung (z. B. Schreiner:in, Konstrukteur:in, technische:r Zeichner:in, Holztechniker:in oder vergleichbar) • Erfahrung in Konstruktion, AVOR oder technischer Projektbearbeitung • Idealerweise Branchenkenntnisse im Möbel-, Innenausbau-, Küchen-, Laden- oder Metallbau • Gute CAD-Kenntnisse in 3D (z. B. Creo oder vergleichbar) • Erfahrung mit ERP-Systemen, idealerweise D365 • Freude an individuellen Lösungen und technischen Herausforderungen • Strukturierte, selbständige Arbeitsweise und vernetztes Denken • Kommunikationsstärke und Teamfähigkeit • Gute Deutsch- sowie Englischkenntnisse
