Von Einzelteilen bis zu komplexen Schweissbaugruppen fertigen wir für den Maschinen\-, Apparate\-, Pharma\- und Lebensmittelbereich. Zur Verstärkung unserer AVOR suchen wir einen erfahrenen und technisch versierten Profi, der Aufträge versteht, bevor sie in die Fertigung gehen. Dein Aufgabenbereich Eingehende Kundenanfragen technisch und geometrisch beurteilenMachbarkeit von Schneid\-, Kant\- und Schweissarbeiten einschätzenAufträge und Baugruppen kalkulieren und im ERP\-System erfassenMaterial, Arbeitsgänge und Fertigungszeiten beurteilenArbeitspläne, Stücklisten und Fertigungsunterlagen erstellenTechnische Fragen mit Konstruktion, Einkauf und Produktion klärenSchweissfachliche und normative Anforderungen frühzeitig erkennen und bei Bedarf mit unserem Schweissfachmann abstimmenAufträge sauber und effizient für die Fertigung vorbereiten Das bringst du mit Technische Ausbildung im Bereich Blech\-, Anlagen\- und Apparatebau, Metallbau oder vergleichbar (Schweissfachmann ist ein Plus aber kein Muss)Erfahrung in der AVOR und/oder KalkulationGutes Verständnis für Blechbearbeitung und SchweisskonstruktionenSicherer Umgang mit ERP\-Systemen und technischen UnterlagenSelbständige, strukturierte und lösungsorientierte ArbeitsweiseDu kannst technische Zusammenhänge verstehen und verständlich kommunizierenKenntnisse von EN 1090 und AD 2000 sind ein Plus – aber kein Muss Was dich erwartet Ein abwechslungsreicher Arbeitsplatz mit viel Eigenverantwortung, kurzen Entscheidungswegen und direktem Draht zur Fertigung.
