Werde Teil eines innovativen jungen Teams in Renens (Lausanne).

Das kannst du bewirken

  • Du entwickelst und betreibst moderne Datenpipelines auf AWS von der Rohdaten-Ingestion bis zur kuratierten Datenschicht.
  • Gemeinsam mit dem Team implementierst du Batch- und Streaming-Lösungen mit Apache Spark auf AWS Glue und EMR Serverless sowie Apache Kafka.
  • Die Weiterentwicklung unserer Data-Lakehouse-Architektur mit Apache Iceberg, AWS Lake Formation und Amazon Athena gestaltest du aktiv mit.
  • Mithilfe von AWS Step Functions und Amazon EventBridge orchestrierst du komplexe Daten- und Verarbeitungsworkflows.
  • Zur hohen Qualität und Stabilität der Plattform leistest du einen wichtigen Beitrag durch Monitoring, Observability und automatisierte Kontrollen.
  • CloudWatch, Grafana und OpenLineage setzt du gezielt ein, um Transparenz und Nachvollziehbarkeit entlang der gesamten Datenverarbeitung sicherzustellen.
  • Zusammen mit internen Stakeholdern begleitest du Lösungen vom ersten Design über die Umsetzung bis zum Betrieb nach dem Prinzip «You build it, you run it».

Das bringst du mit

  • Mehrjährige Erfahrung in der Entwicklung produktiver Datenpipelines mit Scala (2.12) und Apache Spark (3.x) zeichnet dich aus; dabei kennst du Best Practices für performante, testbare und wartbare Anwendungen mit Scalatest, Scalafmt und ScalaFix.
  • Fundierte Kenntnisse in SQL und Apache Iceberg ermöglichen dir den sicheren Umgang mit ACID-Transaktionen, Table Formats sowie Schema Evolution in modernen Data-Lakehouse-Architekturen.
  • Im AWS-Umfeld verfügst du über praktische Erfahrung mit mindestens drei relevanten Data Services wie AWS Glue, Amazon EMR Serverless, Amazon Athena, AWS Lambda, AWS Step Functions, Amazon S3 oder AWS Lake Formation.
  • Cloud-Infrastrukturen beschreibst und verwaltest du mit Terraform (ab Version 1.2) und bringst ein gutes Verständnis des gesamten Infrastructure-as-Code-Lebenszyklus mit.
  • Idealerweise konntest du bereits Erfahrungen mit Apache Kafka, OpenLineage, AWS Lake Formation oder modernen Monitoring- und Reporting-Lösungen wie Grafana, Amazon QuickSight oder Power BI sammeln.
  • Freude an der Zusammenarbeit mit interdisziplinären Teams, eine selbstständige Arbeitsweise sowie die Fähigkeit, technische Sachverhalte verständlich zu vermitteln, runden dein Profil ab.
  • Du kommunizierst stilsicher auf Deutsch oder Französisch; Englisch setzt du im technischen Umfeld sicher ein.
