Du liebst das traditionelle Bäckereihandwerk, schätzt den Duft von frisch gebackenem Brot und möchtest deine Kreativität in einer charmanten, handwerklichen Genuss-Manufaktur im Herzen von Basel einbringen?

Für unseren Kunden ? einen beliebten und stilvollen Bäckerei- und Konditoreibetrieb in der Basler Altstadt ? suchen wir per sofort oder nach Vereinbarung eine/n engagierte/n Bäcker/in EFZ im 80%-Pensum.

Deine Aufgaben bei unserem Kunden:

  • Echtes Handwerk: Täglich frische Herstellung von Qualitätsbroten, Fein- und Süssgebäck sowie Spezialitäten nach eigenen Rezepturen.
  • Teigverarbeitung: Fachgerechtes Ansetzen, Kneten, Aufarbeiten und Ausbacken der Teige.
  • Qualitätssicherung: Überwachung der Backprozesse und Einhalten des hohen Qualitätsstandards unseres Kunden.
  • Sauberkeit: Gewissenhafte Einhaltung der Hygiene- und Arbeitssicherheitsvorschriften (HACCP) in der Backstube.
  • Teamwork: Enger Austausch im Backstuben-Team für einen reibungslosen Ablauf am Morgen.

Qualifikationen

Das bringst du mit:

  • Ausbildung: Erfolgreich abgeschlossene Grundbildung als Bäcker-Konditor/in EFZ (oder gleichwertige, in der Schweiz anerkannte Qualifikation).
  • Sprachkenntnisse: Flüssiges Deutsch ist zwingend erforderlich (mind. Niveau C1 / verhandlungssicher), um Arbeitsanweisungen und Rezepturen fehlerfrei umzusetzen.
  • Leidenschaft: Hohes Qualitätsbewusstsein, saubere Arbeitsweise und Freude an handgemachten Backwaren.
  • Arbeitszeiten: Bereitschaft zu den gewerbeüblichen Frühschichten (Früheinsatz am Morgen).
  • Wohnort: Vorzugsweise wohnhaft in der Region Basel / Baselland für kurze Anfahrtswege am frühen Morgen.
