Mit deinem Bagger sorgst du für einen reibungslosen Materialumschlag und trägst dazu bei, dass unsere Recyclingmaterialien effizient verarbeitet und sortiert werden. Baggerführer (m/w/d) Deine Aufgaben: Selbstständige Steuerung und Bedienung von Baggern zur Sortierung, Verarbeitung und Verladung von Recyclingmaterialien, insbesondere Metallen und weiteren Wertstoffen Effizientes Laden, Entladen und Umschlagen von Recyclingmaterialien Durchführung regelmässiger Inspektionen sowie kleinerer Wartungsarbeiten (z. B. Ölstandskontrolle, Reinigung der Luftfilter, allgemeine Maschinenreinigung) zur Sicherstellung eines störungsfreien Betriebs Präzise Erfassung und Dokumentation von Arbeitsvorgängen, Materialbewegungen sowie des Maschinenzustands Meldung von technischen Störungen oder Abweichungen an den Vorgesetzten oder die Werkstatt Dein Profil: Mehrjährige praktische Erfahrung im Umgang mit Baggern und anderen schweren Maschinen, idealerweise im Bereich Recycling, Bauwesen oder Materialumschlag Grundkenntnisse in Mechanik sowie in der Wartung und Pflege von Maschinen Sorgfältiger Umgang mit Maschinen und Materialien unter Einhaltung aller geltenden Sicherheits\- und Unfallverhütungsvorschriften Fähigkeit zur konstruktiven Zusammenarbeit im Team und zur Abstimmung mit Kollegen, um Arbeitsabläufe effizient zu gestalten Zuverlässigkeit, Genauigkeit und ein hohes Mass an Eigenverantwortung bei der Durchführung der Aufgaben Was wir bieten: Mit Deinem Job leistest Du einen aktiven Beitrag zum Umweltschutz und zur Schonung von Ressourcen Viel Freiheit, Selbständigkeit und Verantwortung bei Ihren Aufgaben Stabilität und ein sicherer Arbeitsplatz Flache Hierarchien und unkomplizierte Entscheidungsprozesse Familiäre Unternehmenskultur: Bei uns ist man nicht bloss eine Nummer mind. 25 Tage Ferien / 30 Tage bereits ab dem 11\.
