Deine Aufgaben:

  • Erstkontakt & Empfang: Du bist die erste Anlaufstelle am Empfang und heisst Kundinnen und Kunden herzlich willkommen.
  • Basisberatung: Du betreust Neu- und Bestandskunden lösungsorientiert bei allen Anliegen rund um Produkte und Basisdienstleistungen.
  • Digital Support: Du begleitest die Kundschaft Schritt für Schritt in die Nutzung moderner digitaler Bankkanäle und E-Banking-Lösungen.
  • Cash Management: Du verantwortest die Bargeldabwicklung (Ein- und Auszahlungen, Fremdwährungen) sowie die Bewirtschaftung der Kassenbestände und Geldautomaten.
  • Lead-Übermittlung: Du erkennst weiteres Beratungspotenzial im Gespräch und leitest Kundinnen und Kunden gezielt an die entsprechenden Fachberater weiter.

Qualifikationen

Das bringst du mit:

  • Fundament: Abgeschlossene kaufmännische Grundbildung in der Bankbranche (EFZ) oder ein absolviertes Branchen Praktikum, diese Stelle eignet sich hervorragend für Lehrabgängerinnen und Lehrabgänger.
  • Kundenfokus: Echte Freude am täglichen Austausch mit Menschen und eine ausgeprägte Dienstleistungsorientierung.
  • Lernbereitschaft: Motivation, dein Produkt und Service-Know-how im Basisbereich kontinuierlich zu vertiefen.
  • Persönlichkeit: Gewinnende Umgangsformen, Zuverlässigkeit und Freude an einem lebhaften Filialen Alltag in der Region Aargau.
