Das Mandat Helvetia Versicherungen in Basel bietet mehrere Gastrodienstleistungen an. Ein öffentlich zugängliches Bistro, eine öffentliche Bar \& Terrasse mit Blick auf Basel, ein Selbstbedienungsteil, Caterings sowie eine Eventhalle.

Die Gäste werden mit einem täglich wechselnden, frischen und qualitativ hochstehenden Angebot verwöhnt. Getreu der ZFV-Philosophie wird frisch vor Ort mit regionalen, sowie nachhaltig produzierten und fair gehandelten Lebensmitteln gekocht.

Bist du unser neues Teammitglied, welches uns als Bar- / Service-Mitarbeiter:in (50%) per sofort oder nach Vereinbarung unterstützt? Du wirst flexibel zwischen Dienstag und Samstag in einem ca. 50% Pensum nach Bedarf eingesetzt.

Dein Wirkungsbereich: ---------------------

  • Begrüssung und Beratung der Gäste
  • Bedienung und Inkasso am Tisch
  • Bedienung der Kasse
  • Mitarbeit bei Caterings und Sonderanlässen
  • Bankettservice (Apéros, Flying Buffets, Gala Dinner, Stehlunch, etc.)
  • Anrichten von einfachen Snack
  • Erstellung der Mise en Place
  • Sicherstellung einer ansprechenden Warenpräsentation
  • Erledigung von allgemeinen Aufräum- und Reinigungsarbeiten
  • Bedingung der Gläser-Abwaschmaschine
  • Umsetzung der ZFV-Qualitäts- und Dienstleistungsstandards
  • Einhaltung sowie Umsetzung der Hygiene- und Arbeitssicherheitsrichtlinien
  • Teilnahme an Schulungen und Meetings
  • Unterstützung in anderen ZFV-Betrieben
