Zur Verstärkung unseres Teams und zur weiteren Umsetzung unserer Vision suchen wir eine engagierte und motivierte Bau\-Projektleiter/in, die bzw. der Verantwortung übernimmt und unsere Projekte mit Fachkompetenz und Leidenschaft zum Erfolg führt. Deine Aufgaben \- Eigenverantwortliche Leitung und Steuerung von Neu\-, Umbau\- und Sanierungsprojekten über sämtliche Projektphasen. \- Gesamtverantwortung für Kosten, Termine, Qualität und den wirtschaftlichen Projekterfolg. \- Erarbeitung, Koordination und laufende Überwachung von Projekt\-, Bauablauf\- und Terminprogrammen. \- Führen des Ausschreibungsprozess, Vergabe und Führung von Unternehmern sowie Verhandlung und Abschluss von Werkverträgen. \- Führung, Koordination und Überwachung der Baustellen sowie der ausführenden Unternehmen und Fachplaner. \- Durchführung von Bau\-, Koordinations\- und Planungsbesprechungen sowie Protokollführung. \- Ansprechpartner für Bauherrschaften, Investoren, Behörden, Architekten, Fachplaner und weitere Projektbeteiligte. \- Erstellung von Projektberichten, Baustellendokumentationen und Entscheidungsgrundlagen für die Bauherrschaft. \- Unterstützung bei der Weiterentwicklung interner Prozesse und Standards zur kontinuierlichen Optimierung der Projektabwicklung. Anforderungen \- Abgeschlossene Ausbildung als Architekt/in, Hochbauzeichner/in oder einer handwerklichen Grundausbildung mit entsprechender Weiterbildung als Eidg. Dipl. Bauleiter/in Hochbau, Dipl.
