Unser Ziel ist es stets, Räume in lebendige Orte für Menschen und Unternehmen zu verwandeln. Ihre Aufgaben Gesamtleitung von Neu\- und Umbauprojekten Steuern und Führen der Projektteams bestehend aus Bauherrschaft, Architekten, Planern und Behörden Erstellen von Budgets, Definieren der Leistungen, Prüfen von Angeboten von Unternehmern und Führen von Vertragsverhandlungen Sicherstellen und Kontrollieren der vereinbarten Fristen, Qualität und Kosten Ihr Profil Praktische Berufserfahrung in der Bau\- und/oder Projektleitung Weiterbildung als dipl. Bauleiter/in oder Techniker/in HF Selbständige, verantwortungsbewusste und exakte Arbeitsweise Gute Kommunikationsfähigkeiten Sind Sie interessiert im Herzen der Berner Altstadt in einem überschaubaren, unabhängigen Unternehmen zu arbeiten?
