Der Schwerpunkt liegt auf Bauprojektleitung, Baumanagement und Kostenkontrolle im Hochbau. Betreut werden anspruchsvolle Neubau und Umbauprojekte für private und gewerbliche Auftraggeber. Zur Verstärkung des Teams wird eine erfahrene Bau Projektleiterin oder ein erfahrener Bau Projektleiter gesucht. Stellenbeschreibung In dieser Position übernehmen Sie die Bauleitung von Neubau und Umbauprojekten im Hochbau. - Die Verantwortung für Termine, Kosten und Qualität liegt bei Ihnen. - Vor Ort führen und koordinieren Sie Unternehmer, Handwerker und Fachplaner. - Die Bauleitung erfolgt von der Ausführung bis zur Übergabe an den Auftraggeber. - Bei Bedarf nehmen Sie kleinere Plananpassungen selbst vor. - Auch Kostenkontrolle, Abrechnung und Garantiephase gehören zum Aufgabenbereich. - Ihre strukturierte Arbeitsweise sorgt für einen reibungslosen Projektverlauf. Hans Eugster 058 300 71 27 Anforderungsprofil - Eine abgeschlossene Ausbildung als Zeichnerin Zeichner oder Technikerin Techniker im Hochbau bringen Sie mit. - Idealerweise haben Sie eine Weiterbildung als Bauleiterin Bauleiter abgeschlossen oder befinden sich aktuell in Ausbildung. - Mehrjährige Erfahrung in der Bauleitung von Neubau und Umbauten in der Schweiz ist erforderlich. - Der Umgang mit Bauadministrationssoftware ist Ihnen vertraut. - Erfahrung mit ArchiCAD ist von Vorteil. - Im Umgang mit Unternehmern treten Sie sicher und durchsetzungsfähig auf. - Kostenbewusstsein, Termintreue und Eigenverantwortung zeichnen Ihre Arbeitsweise aus.
