Ihre zukünftigen Aufgaben:

Sie werden für herkömmliche Schalungsarbeiten zuständig sein. Sie werden für die Bewehrung und Betonierung verantwortlich sein. Sie werden das Schalen und Entschalen von Wänden, Decken und Treppen übernehmen. Sie werden für das Betonieren und Verdichten des Betons verantwortlich sein. Arbeitsverteilung an jedes Teammitglied Überwachung des Arbeitsfortschritts Leitung der Produktionsbesprechung jeden Morgen Überprüfung der Pläne und Vorbereitung der Arbeit für den nächsten Tag Überprüfung der täglichen Stundenberichte Sie werden darauf achten, dass die geltenden Sicherheitsnormen eingehalten werden. Ihr Profil:

Sie haben eine nachgewiesene Erfahrung im Bauwesen in der Schweiz oder im Ausland. Sie haben gute Deutschkenntnisse. Sie sind selbstständig und vielseitig. Sie haben nachgewiesene Erfahrung in der Teamführung. Sie haben vorzugsweise eine abgeschlossene Lehre als Maurer, eine Ausbildung als Vorarbeiter oder Polier oder einen ähnlichen Nachweis. Fähigkeit, anspruchsvolle Situationen zu antizipieren und schnelle Entscheidungen zu treffen Grosse organisatorische Fähigkeiten und Sinn für Ordnung Kombination aus Teamgeist und Fähigkeit zur eigenständigen Handlung Ihre Bedingungen :
