Aufgaben ###

  • Eigenverantwortliche Organisation, Koordination und Leitung von Bahnbau-, Gleisbau- und Tiefbauprojekten unter laufendem Trambetrieb
  • Fachliche und personelle Führung von Mitarbeitenden, Polieren, Maschinisten sowie temporären Fachkräften und Sicherstellung eines reibungslosen Baustellenbetriebs
  • Planung und Disposition von Personal, Material, Maschinen sowie externen Dienstleistern zur termingerechten und wirtschaftlichen Projektabwicklung
  • Verantwortung für die administrative Projektabwicklung, einschliesslich Rapportwesen, Dokumentation, Ausmass, Monatsrechnungen und Nachtragsmanagement
  • Sicherstellung der Einhaltung von Sicherheits-, Qualitäts- und Umweltstandards sowie der gesetzlichen Vorgaben (insbesondere AZG und Arbeitssicherheit)
  • Koordination und Abstimmung mit Auftraggebern, Projektleitungen, internen Fachbereichen sowie weiteren externen Stakeholdern
  • Überwachung von Kosten, Qualität und Terminen sowie Einleitung geeigneter Massnahmen bei Abweichungen
  • Unterstützung bei Offerten, Kalkulationen und Nachkalkulationen sowie Mitwirkung an der kontinuierlichen Optimierung von Prozessen und Abläufen im Bereich Bahnbau

Profil ###

  • Abgeschlossene Weiterbildung als eidg. dipl. Bauführer HFP oder eine vergleichbare Ausbildung im Bauwesen
  • Fundierte Berufserfahrung als Bauführer, idealerweise im Tief-, Infrastruktur-, Verkehrs- oder Bahnbauumfeld
  • Erfahrung in der Führung von Mitarbeitenden sowie in der Organisation und Koordination komplexer Baustellen und Projekte
  • Ausgeprägte administrative und organisatorische Fähigkeiten sowie ein gutes technisches und betriebswirtschaftliches Verständnis
  • Gute Anwenderkenntnisse in MS Office sowie Erfahrung mit SAP (PS/EPPM); Kenntnisse in SORBA sind von Vorteil
  • Sehr gute Deutschkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift (mind. C1), Italienischkenntnisse sind von Vorteil
  • Hohes Verantwortungsbewusstsein, Durchsetzungsvermögen und ein sicherheitsorientiertes Handeln
  • Engagierte, lösungsorientierte und Hands-on Persönlichkeit mit hoher Eigeninitiative, Lernbereitschaft und dem Willen, aktiv etwas zu bewegen
