Für diese spannende Aufgabe suchen wir eine engagierte und unternehmerisch denkende Fachperson.

Ihre Aufgaben

  • Ansprechperson für Bauherrschaften, Architekten, Ingenieure und Behörden
  • Führen von Baustellen im Hoch- und Tiefbau sowie Überwachen von Terminen
  • Erstellen von Bauprogrammen, Führen der Projektleitung sowie AVOR
  • Leiten der Personaleinsatzplanung, des Rapportwesens sowie Kontrollieren der Arbeitssicherheit
  • Ausführen von Ausmassarbeiten und Beschaffen von Material
  • Koordinieren der Subunternehmer sowie Betreuen der Bauherrschaft und Ingenieure
  • Führen des Nachtragsmanagement, Ausmass, Abrechnung und Nachkalkulation

Ihr Profil

  • Ausbildung als Maurer oder Strassenbauer mit entsprechender Berufserfahrung im Hoch- oder Tiefbau
  • Weiterbildung als Dipl. Techniker HF Bauführung, Bauführer SBA oder Baupolier (oder in Ausbildung dazu)
  • Gute MS-Office- und von Vorteil Sorba-Kenntnisse
  • Verhandlungssichere, innovative und motivierte Persönlichkeit mit unternehmerischer Denkweise sowie teamorientiertem Führungsstil
  • Deutsch: Stilsicher
