Zur Verstärkung unseres Teams suchen wir Dich: Bauführer Hochbau 100% (m/w/d) Deine Aufgaben Selbstständige Abwicklung von Hochbauprojekten von der Bauablaufplanung und Arbeitsvorbereitung über die Ausführung bis hin zum Ausmass, Abrechnung und Garantieabnahme. Verantwortlich für die Einhaltung von Qualität und Termine Verwantwortlich für die Kostenplanung, Kostenkontrolle und Bauabrechnung Anleitung von Mitarbeitenden, Einsatzplanung des Teams und Mitarbeiterführung Durchführung von Massnahmen zur Arbeitssicherheit Bei Interesse Weiterentwicklung der Digitalisierung Dein Profil Ehrliche, initiative und belastbare Persönlichkeit Teamfähig mit einer strukturierten Arbeitsweise Abgeschlossene Weiterbildung als dipl.
