Die STUTZ AG Bauunternehmung ist ein familiengeführtes Unternehmen mit rund 750 Mitarbeiterinnen und Mitarbeitern. In der Ostschweiz und Umgebung bieten wir sämtliche Dienstleistungen des Bauhauptgewerbes an, von der kleinen Unterhaltsarbeit bis zur umfassenden Gesamtlösung eines Grossbauprojekts. Dabei verbinden wir ein breites Leistungsangebot mit einem familiären Umfeld, in dem Zusammenarbeit, Verlässlichkeit und gegenseitige Wertschätzung gelebt werden. Für den Standort in St.Gallen suchen wir ab sofort oder nach Vereinbarung eine:n

**Bauführer:in Tief- und Rückbau

Was du bei uns bewegst • Führung von Baustellen in den Bereichen Tiefbau, Rückbau, Erdbau und Werkleitungsbau • Verantwortung für AVOR, Baustellenorganisation und Baustellenführung • Überwachung von Terminen, Kosten, Qualität und Arbeitssicherheit • Erstellung von Bauabrechnungen sowie Bearbeitung von Offerten • Ansprechperson für Bauherrschaften, Planer, Behörden und interne Stellen • Führung und Betreuung des Baustellenteams

Was du dafür mitbringst • Erfahrung in der Bauführung, idealerweise im Tiefbau, Rückbau, Erdbau oder Werkleitungsbau • Selbständige, zuverlässige und verantwortungsbewusste Arbeitsweise • Unternehmerisches Denken sowie ein gutes Gespür für Qualität, Kosten und Termine • Kommunikative, belastbare und teamorientierte Persönlichkeit • Gute EDV-Kenntnisse, idealerweise in SORBA und MS Office • Führerausweis Kat. B
