Bauführer Strassen– und Tiefbau (m/w/d) Ihr Aufgabengebiet: In Ihrem Arbeitsalltag übernehmen Sie folgende Aufgaben: Sie leiten eigenverantwortlich Baustellen von der Planung bis zur Fertigstellung Sie übernehmen die organisatorische, technische und personelle Führung der Projekte Sie arbeiten mit modernen, digitalen Tools im Bereich des Bauwesenmanagements. Sie koordinieren Mitarbeiter, Termine, Qualität sowie Kosten und behalten dabei stets den Überblick. Sie fungieren als zentrale Schnittstelle zwischen Baustelle, Bauherrschaft und dem internen Team. Ihr Profil: Sie sind eine engagierte Persönlichkeit, arbeiten gerne im Team, packen Dinge an und bringen folgende Qualifikationen mit: Ausbildung als Bauingenieur/in, dipl.
