Für die nationale Unfallversicherung mit gesetzlichem Präventionsauftrag suchen wir eine Bauingenieurin / einen Bauingenieur oder eine Baumeisterin / einen Baumeister für den Bereich Arbeitssicherheit und Gesundheitsschutz. Die Funktion verbindet technische Baupraxis mit Kontrolle, Beratung und Unfallabklärung. Schwerpunkt sind sichere Baustellen sowie der Umgang mit Bauschadstoffen, insbesondere Asbest.

Ihre Aufgaben:

  • Kontrollen auf Baustellen bezüglich Arbeitssicherheit und Gesundheitsschutz
  • Beratung von versicherten Betrieben im Umgang mit Bauschadstoffen, namentlich Asbest
  • Risikobeurteilung vor Ort und Vereinbarung individueller Massnahmen mit den Betrieben
  • Überprüfung der vereinbarten Massnahmen und fachliche Begleitung der Umsetzung
  • Abklärungen bei Arbeitsunfällen direkt vor Ort, Ursachenanalyse und Dokumentation
  • Mitarbeit in internen Arbeitsgruppen, Projekten und Fachgremien
  • Beitrag zu Grundlagen, Informationsmitteln und Prävention von Berufsunfällen und Berufskrankheiten
  • nach Möglichkeit Vortrags- und Lehrtätigkeit

Ihr Profil:

  • Abschluss als Bauingenieur:in (FH / ETH) oder als Baumeister:in
  • Mehrjährige Berufserfahrung im Bau, vorzugsweise mit Bauschadstoffen / Asbest
  • Bereitschaft, eine anerkannte Ausbildung im Bereich Arbeitssicherheit zu absolvieren, sofern noch nicht vorhanden (ASGS / Sicherheitsingenieur EKAS)
  • Selbstständige, verantwortungsvolle Arbeitsweise und Teamfähigkeit
  • Sicheres, sachliches Auftreten auch in Konfliktsituationen auf der Baustelle
  • Deutsch auf Muttersprachniveau in Wort und Schrift; zweite Landessprache von Vorteil
  • Bereitschaft zu Ausseneinsätzen auf Baustellen (Deutschschweiz)

Wir bieten eine unbefristete Anstellung bei einem Institut des öffentlichen Rechts mit klarem gesellschaftlichem Auftrag (Prävention, Versicherung, Rehabilitation), einem stabilen Umfeld, Weiterbildung und grundsätzlich der Möglichkeit, bis zu 50 Prozent des Pensums im Homeoffice zu leisten.
